We were chosen to supply the exterior window and door package as well as the interior doors for this modern residence. The owner used a combination of the Glasbox CW2.0 curtain wall units, and the Glasbox WS10 window series for the small openings. The client was looking for marrow sightlines and the CV System was the best choice without losing any structural integrity. Since privacy from neighbours was a concern, we used a reflective glass for privacy without sacrificing too much of the natural daylight. Not only that, but this glass allows for cooler temperatures inside the home during hot summer month due to the SHGA All SD10 swing doors were outfitted with an electronic lock and a fingerprint reader system. The windows high above the ground and hard to reach by hand were outfitted with the concealed motorized option.
